SHORT DESCRIPTION

Hydrogeological survey of the Kea island using geological mapping, water-wells inventory, water level measurements, sampling and chemical analyses of water, preparation of hydrogeological and other thematic maps, photogrammetric processing tectonic data indicating job execution wells, preparation of study.
A special topic of the study was the use of the technique of photogrammetric interpretation (remote sensing), using aerial and satellite imagery to identify key elements of geological and hydrogeological structure of interest. These were confirmed with detailed field observations.
Submission of final report with data evaluation and proposal for the most proper sites for water wells drilling.
